Yes, total persons includes lease holders, minors and adult dependents. 
Most sources of income are not restricted; however any bonuses or overtime is included in overall calculations.  Please ensure that you have the proper documentation the program will need for your specific source.

The length of time for approval will depend on how quickly we receive the required documentation.  This has to be reviewed by a 3rd part auditor prior to approval.  The average time is 48 - 72 hours to confirm approval.

One and two bedrooms qualify for the Essential Housing.

All unit interiors are the same, regardless of price.

We do follow a restricted breed list, however we allow no more than 2 pets per apartment.
